Neo Essence ships orders worldwide. We strive to provide quick and affordable delivery to every region we serve. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. 

·       United States & Canada: Standard shipping via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Delivery within 3–5 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over \$50 USD.

·       Europe & United Kingdom: International courier delivery. Delivery in 5–10 business days. Local duties and VAT are applied at checkout or collected by the courier.

·       Australia: Delivery via DHL/UPS or local postal service. Expect packages in 7–14 business days. Import duties or GST may apply on delivery.

Each order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. International shipments typically default to Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer pays any import charges[1][2]. We declare the correct item value on customs forms, but local customs may still charge extra fees.
